Located near Munising on Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, Grand Island is marked by massive sandstone bluffs. Impressive in any season, the bluffs are especially dramatic in winter when lake water seeps into the crevices and caverns, forming magnificent ice curtains and icicles that hang like stalactites from ceilings. The stamp art features a colorful illustration of how one of these ever-changing ice caves might appear from the inside looking out toward the west at sunset.

You're wondering: are they real? Or is this a scam?

At least in September 2021, they're quite real. You mail them a check, and they ship you the promised stamps.

One reason for the existence of Amazon and eBay is that they implicitly vet their sellers. If you pay for something, and the seller is fraudulent, Amazon or eBay will make good. Similarly, Visa and MasterCard stand behind merchants who accept payment through their systems. But BuyDiscountStamps.com tells you to send them a check, so they can avoid the commissions and fees. In effect, you're being asked to send money on trust to an unknown seller.

As I said, at least at the time this review was posted, BuyDiscountStamps.com is perfectly legit.

I have now purchased around $10,000 in stamps with no issues or concerns at all. I was a bit skeptical for my first order since it was rather large and they were unknown, however things have gone smoothly, communication has been good and the product as described. I will continue to buy from this source as long as they continue to operate as smoothly as has been the case. You are missing out if you are not taking advantage. That's just my opinion of course.
